طريقة العمل
1- أخلطي الدقيق، السكر والبايكنغ باودر في وعاءٍ كبير.
2- أضيفي الحليب، الزبدة والبيضة وامزجي المكوّنات جيّداً.
3- دعي العجينة ترتاح جانباً لقليل من الوقت ثمّ شكّليها على شكل 12 دائرة مثقوبة في الوسط.
4- أخبزي الدوناتس في الفرن لحوالى 20 دقيقة.
5- ضعي الشوكولاتة والقشطة في قدرٍ على نارٍ متوسّطة وحرّكي لحوالى 5 دقائق.
6- إدهني الدوناتس بصلصة الشوكولاتة، دعيها لمدّة 5 دقائق لتجفّ ثمّ قدّميها.
